Techcon Systems clamping valves provide high control capabilities for continuous dispensing or micro dispensing of low viscosity or semi viscous fluids. The TS1212 semi-automatic dispensing valve relies on a dispensing controller, which sends a pre programmed air pressure signal to open the valve and allow fluid flow. Once the dispensing process is completed, the air pressure signal will stop and the internal spring will force the piston to close and "clamp" the disposable tube, preventing further fluid flow. TS1201 is a handheld clamping valve with a similar working principle, but the operator replaces the dispensing controller by pressing and releasing the finger lever to start/end the dispensing process. Both models have built-in flow rate adjustment devices.

The only part where the valve comes into contact with the coating fluid is the disposable clamping tube component, making TS1212 and TS1201 particularly suitable for coating two-component materials and CA (cyanoacrylate) materials.
