Multi component material packaging Techkit

Techkits provides a compact and simple method for packaging resin systems with two or three components into 2.5-ounce (74ml), 6-ounce (177ml), 8-ounce (237ml), 20 ounce (591ml), or 1/10 gallon (325ml) gel tubes. Techkit mechanically separates the main agent from the hardener until it is ready for use. The internal mixing head can fully mix various compounds. It is used for Techcon Systems dispensing guns. After dispensing is completed, the entire packaging can be disposed of without cleaning or contacting the resin.

By reducing personnel and material waste, it saves costs. Accurate mixing ratios, thorough mixing, and correct application techniques have improved application reliability.

Packaging components are divided into three categories: barrier type, injection type, and barrier/injection type.

Barrier type
Suitable for mixtures with a volume ratio greater than 10%. The catalyst and main agent are separated by an aluminum diaphragm formed on a mixing head.

Injection type
Suitable for mixtures with a volume ratio of 10% or less. The catalyst is installed in the mixing rod, while the main agent is placed in the rubber cylinder.

Barrier/injection type
Suitable for a mixture of three components, combining both injection and barrier packaging forms.
