The Techcon Systems TS350/TS355 series dispensing controller, also known as a dispensing machine, is commonly used for coating high, medium, and low viscosity liquids. The TS350 series dispensing machine is equipped with a digital pressure gauge and a large LCD screen that displays pressure and readings. Up to 10 programs can be developed for changing dispensing, sequential dispensing, or individual dispensing. Easy to use and intuitive, it can accurately and consistently apply fluids of high, medium, and low viscosity.

The TS350/355 series has a vacuum suction function to control the "needle trailing" of fluids and the dripping problem between dispensing cycles. The system supports user programmable manual (dispensing) mode and automatic mode. The prominent feature of this dispensing machine is the "teaching mode", which is particularly suitable for determining dispensing time when dispensing output is unknown.

Ready to use out of the box, the accessories include a universal power supply, foot switch, trachea, needle samples, as well as a syringe and adapter. The outstanding feature is its small size and light weight.

Currently available in two specifications: 0-100 psi (0-6.9 bar) for general applications, and 0-15 psi (0-1.0 bar) for specific low viscosity fluid applications.
