TS5540 spray valve is TS5500 series spray valve, suitable for precision spray of low viscosity liquid. The spray valve controls the whole spray cycle by adjusting the fluid flow through the multi-functional TS500R controller and precisely controlling the processes of pre spray, spray and post spray.
The TS5540 spray valve fluid tank and cylinder are made of 303 stainless steel conforming to FDA specifications. The Delrin material sealing ring, which can be replaced online, ensures complete sealing of the valve core and also improves its service life. The compact structure of the S5540 spray valve and the easily installed threaded holes make it easy to integrate the valve body into the automation equipment. The TS5540 spray valve has a stable spray coverage area, no overspray, adjustable flow, and long service life.
